Drop in for fitness or family fun!

Facility drop-in provides access to the whole facility. Make use of our fitness centre, olympic-size pool, river run, waterslides, and more.

Individuals aged 19+ must present a membership card or valid Photo ID for entry.

Drop-in fees are charged only to guests who have not enrolled in membership. Facility punch cards are not refundable. Drop-in fees are effective from August 15, 2022 and are subject to change.

*Children aged 0-2 can access the pool for free. The regular child drop-in rate still applies for programs and child minding. Swim lessons require pre-registration. For any questions, please contact our member services desk at 250-491-9622.

Keep your children safe

Children under 8 must have a responsible caregiver (age 16 or older) with them at all times. While in the pool, the caregiver must be within arm's reach and attired in swim wear.

Children ages 8 and 9 must have a responsible person age 16 or older in the facility.

Child to adult ratios are as follows:
  • 1:3 adults to children ages 1–7
  • 1:5 adults to children ages 8–9

Lockers, towels and FlowRider®

Don't forget to bring change for the pool lockers. A small locker takes 2 quarters and a large locker takes one loonie. Towels are not provided so please bring your own. If you wish to try standing on the FlowRider®, you must be at least 4'4'' tall, fill out a waiver, and show government-issued ID. Parents can sign the waiver for their children.
